"AICTE-VAANI 3.0 (Vibrant Advocacy for Advancement and Nurturing of Indian Languages)" is an initiative launched by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) with the objective of promoting the use of Indian languages in technical education, research, and the dissemination of knowledge.
Through this scheme, educational programs such as seminars, conferences, and workshops are organized to make modern technical knowledge more accessible, inclusive, and comprehensive.
Under VAANI 3.0, programs covering emerging and multidisciplinary technical fields are encouraged, fostering the active participation of students, faculty members, researchers, and industry experts.
Under AICTE-VAANI 3.0, the Electrical Engineering Department of Vishwakarma Government Engineering College (VGEC), Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, is organizing a three-day seminar on the topic "Green Transport for Sustainable Smart Cities" from November 02, 2026, to November 04, 2026.
Organized by the Electrical Engineering Department of Vishwakarma Government Engineering College (VGEC), Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, under the AICTE-VAANI initiative, the three-day seminar on "Green Transport for Sustainable Smart Cities" from November 02 to 04, 2026, aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge regarding modern developments in electric mobility and related technologies.
It focuses on promoting innovation to realize energy-efficient infrastructure, smart grid integration, and sustainable urban development through Smart Cities and Viksit Bharat 2047.
The seminar will cover topics such as Smart Cities and Sustainable Urban Mobility, Electric Mobility and Renewable Energy Trends, Intelligent Transportation Systems and Traffic Management, EV Charging and Energy Management, Smart Grid Integration, AI, IoT, and Battery Technologies, as well as government policies and industry case studies related to smart cities.
Experts and industry practitioners from premier institutions such as IITs, NITs, IITRAM, PDEU, and Nirma University will share valuable insights and practical perspectives.
